Q: For whom is this plan suitable?
A: The online personal training and nutrition plan is suitable for anyone looking to achieve personal fitness goals, whether that means losing or gaining weight, burning fat, building more muscle or post partum. We can also get you ready for a special event if you want to  get in the best shape possible before  a wedding, photo shoot, or even a vacation
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: We will evaluate your current physique, workout, and nutrition habits and together design an individual plan based on your personal fitness goals. Every client is unique and thus the results will vary, however we are confident that you will make significant progress as long as you follow the programming we provide you.  In terms of achieving goals like weight loss, fat loss and muscle tone, the results are individual and will depend on a number of factors—including your current shape, body-type, fitness level, and abilities, ability to stick to the program, as well as your timeline. Although we cannot guarantee that you lose a certain amount of weight , we can provide you with a plan that we are confident gets you as close to your goal as possible within the available time frame. 
Q: Can I keep doing the same plan after my program is finished?
A: If you are satisfied with your plan is complete, you can simply renew the plan and we will keep perfecting your program until you have reached your goals. In fact, we recommend all clients will long-term goals to keep working with us; it will let us observe how your unique body type responds to exercise and nutrition over time, so we can keep perfecting your individual plan and achieve maximum results. 
Q: I do not have a gym membership. Can you design a home workout plan for me?
A: Yes! We can design a home workout plan so you can complete your workouts regardless of circumstances or access to commercial gym equipment. 
Q: Will this plan get me stage ready? 
A: Although you can achieve great results even if you do not compete, the personal training and nutrition plans are meant to help you reach your personal fitness goals rather than getting ready for stage. If you are thinking of competing, we recommend our Contest prep program which includes everything you need to get ready for a fitness contest!   
Q: What if I want to compete in the future?
A: Great, then we are excited for you! We have had plenty of personal training clients that love their results so much they end up prepping for a bikini contest, and we are behind you every step of the way should you choose that as your new goal. All you have to do is change to the contest prep program instead of renewing your current plan, and we will get you started on your road to stage! 
Q: I am pregnant/recently gave birth, can I still do this program?
A: As a mother of prematurely born twins whom I delivered via C-section, I know all about postpartum recovery! Not only do I have personal experience with the process; we have coached thousands of female clients of which many are mothers in the prenatal or postpartum stages, hence we are well versed in customizing suiting program for your individual needs and circumstances. We will always make sure that we prescribe a nutrition and exercise plan that will challenge your abilities while safely taking into considerations potential limitations, for example if you are breastfeeding or have a current diastasis recti. 
Q: I am currently recovering from an injury/illness. Can I still do the plan?
A: While we can definitely create a plan around your rehabilitation needs or medical circumstances, we do ask that you get your doctor’s professional opinion and receive definite medical clearance prior to starting an exercise and nutrition program with us. 
Q: Can I still follow the meal plan if I am vegan and/or have dietary restrictions?
A: Yes! We have plenty of competitors with vegan or other dietary requirements and always make sure that your nutrition plan aligns with your unique needs and preferences. 
Q: Do you offer one-on-one training as well?
A: One-on-one personal training is not included in the online package; however, you may inquire about in person sessions separately!

Exercising in the correct way and eating the right nutrition will not only support your baby’s development in the womb; it will also greatly improve your own physical and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy. Following a specially designed prenatal fitness programs will help you prevent excess weight gain while strengthening and preparing your body for birth, thus promoting both an easier delivery as well as a speedier postpartum recovery. 
We work with both pregnant and new mothers, and you may begin your program at any stage of your pregnancy or right after delivery.
Our customized workout and nutrition plans take into consideration everything your body is going through during the prenatal and postpartum stages, while making sure you and your child get all the nutrients you both need throughout pregnancy and after, when breastfeeding and recovery is in focus.

A: No matter if you want to get in the best shape of your life on time for a photo shoot, wedding, vacation or other event, we can offer customized coaching to help you reach your fitness goals right on time for the big day! 
We will will guide you every step of the way through an individually designed workout program that includes both strength training and cardio, as well as a carefully developed nutrition plan to optimize your results. Q: I am a beginner with no fitness experience. Can I still prep for a competition?
A: We coach clients of all levels ranging from people who have never stepped foot into a gym to IFBB pros, and will personalize the program to suit your current circumstances and physique.
Q: Can you guarantee that I will place in my bikini/figure contest?
A: We have helped thousands of women get in amazing shape and coached hundreds of them to overall wins and IFBB pro cards. Although we cannot guarantee you will get a certain placement, we are confident in our ability to get you the best competitive edge possible on stage—given you follow the plan and coaching instructions. 
Q: How long will it take until I look like one of your transformations?
A: Every client is unique and we all start in different places, which means every individual journey has its own timeline and requirements—while one client may have trained for years prior to joining us and thus only needs a few weeks of prep, someone else could need several months to reach their goals. We will always make sure to evaluate your situation thoroughly before recommending an appropriate show date, after which we will create a custom plan to get you to where you need to be on time.

Q: What is reverse dieting? 
A: A long period of leaning out to bring the necessary physique for a competition can take its toll on both your body and psyche, and it’s easy to fall back into old eating patterns once you’ve achieved your fitness goal. The rebound effect can be common among bodybuilding competitors, because months of dieting can often results in changes to how your body processes certain foods, sodium, caloric intake etc. When coming off a competition diet is it common to have competitors eat far more than their body actually needs or can handle at the moment, which is why it’s not uncommon to gain all the weight back and more after a contest -- in seemingly no time at all.  
The trick is to have a Reverse Diet Plan in place, which involves slowly adding more quality calories to your program over a course of 2 to 4 weeks . (We customize each plan depending on every individual client’s needs, which means some people may continue for a little longer than that.)
Q: Do you offer reverse dieting programs post show?
A: The goal of reverse dieting is to effectively recover your body’s natural metabolic capacity, avoid unnecessary fat gain, and focus on building muscle mass. This will allow your body to return to a healthy balance, while also making it much easier to lean out if and when you decide to compete again. The several weeks post show is when your body is in need of calories, carbohydrates, sodium etc. If applying these foods and calories the right way your body is going to turn that food into fuel and will only help in building the desired physique you are looking for.
So in essence your 2-4 weeks post show is just as important as the 2-4 weeks leading into the show.

Q: Why Not Just Take A Break And Eat Whatever I Want – Can’t I Begin A Reverse Dieting Program Later?
A: When you are really lean, your body has terrific insulin sensitivity. This means that right after a show is the perfect time to maximize muscle gains, by carefully adding more carbohydrates and slowly increasing your overall calorie intake. Doing this will ensure that your off-season is focused on improving your conditioning opposed to losing all your results and, later down the line, having to spend much longer leaning out from excessive fat gain. 
Q: Who Would Benefit From a Reverse Diet Plan?
A: A Reverse diet is intended for a person who is coming off of an intense diet and training program whether it be for a competition, photo shoot etc. A reverse diet should be used over a minimum of a 4 week period to get your body acclimated to calories and certain foods by slowing increase calories and macro nutrients and decreasing your workload.

Doing this will ensure that your off-season is focused on improving your conditioning opposed to losing all your results and, later down the line, having to spend much longer leaning out from excessive fat gain.
Q: How about off season? For whom is this plan suitable?
A: The off-season plan is perfect for the serious competitor who wants to make the most out of the time between competitions, which typically means sculpting desired muscle in the right places while minimizing fat gain for an easier prep down the line. Essentially, what you are doing during your “Off Season” is just as important if not more important than what you are doing during your prep. The more you maximize your off season progress the better it will be for your progress during your prep and ultimately giving you a better experience both during prep and with your results.

Q: How long does the off-season last?
A: An off-season plan lasts in the interim between two competitions, which means the length varies depending on your goal and/or the most recent feedback from judges in your organization. To make the most out of the time you have before your next contest, we will provide you with a personalized nutrition, workout and posing strategy to improve your stage shape; whether that means gaining volume in some areas and/or decreasing muscle mass in others, or coming in leaner and tighter with a better presentation. 
Q: What is the diet like on the off-season plan?
A: Although you typically eat more in the off-season, it is far from a free card to eat anything you want—we will still provide you with a plan designed around your fitness goals, although it will likely entail greater flexibility with food options than during the last months and weeks of prep. 
Q: What is the training like the off-season plan?
A: The training schedule depends entirely on what the end goal is; hence, we will tailor the frequency, volume, and kind of exercises in your schedule according to these individual needs.

Q: I’m not very good at technology will this program work for me?
A: Yes as long as you are willing to LEAN in and do the work you will get tremendous benefits from this program.
